Ginger has different names in different regions and languages, Vishwoshadh in Sanskrit, Ginger in English, Jahe in Indonesia, Ginger in Nepal and Luya in the Philippines.


 You can also grow a ginger plant in your home. Take black soil in a pot and sow a piece of ginger in it. Pour a little bit of water every day.  , Ginger finely chop.  Do not remove the entire plant.

         Eating ginger juice or ginger salad before meals every day destroys flatulence, it removes phlegm, uproots colds, kills heart disorders.  Ginger juice is beneficial in diseases like inflammation, urinary problems, jaundice, hemorrhoids, asthma, cough, jaundice.

         Many Ayurveda experts are of the opinion that regular consumption of ginger does not cause cancer of the tongue and throat

         Applying drops of ginger juice in the nose gives certain relief in headaches.Rubbing a piece of ginger on a sore tooth reduces the pain.Its juice increases appetite and improves digestion.

        A sore throat can be cured by mixing honey in ginger juice and licking it.  Ginger powder for back and back pain is fried in oil and we benefit from massaging the back on the waist.

        Grinding nausea, squeezing a lemon on it and sprinkling salt on it gives relief.

        Indigestion is relieved by mixing ginger juice in a teaspoon of honey.

            When there is a wound on any part of the body (if there is no bleeding), warm the ginger bowl and tie it with a cloth instead of the wound.  There will be relief in pain.

        Constipation can be relieved by drinking a piece of ginger mixed with a medium sized mango paste and lemon juice in a cup.

        Mixing ginger juice with a quarter of lemon juice and licking it gives relief in flatulence.

 

 

 

Can Ginger Be Dangerous ?

Yes, if ginger is used by people suffering from malnutrition, it can be dangerous.  Because ginger helps in dissolving body fat, it is important to know how to use ginger.
